Ajay Joseph (Founder)
Dr. Ajay Joseph, a scientist who transitioned into entrepreneurship after his tenure at Cambridge University, has accumulated a wealth of experience across various industries. With a notable 15-year stint in the retail sector, followed by time dedicated to homecare, and subsequently immersing himself in the food industry, Ajay has demonstrated versatility and adaptability throughout his professional journey.
Currently at the helm of a team of 2500 staff spanning the UK and India, Ajay primary objective revolves around exploring new opportunities. His extensive background positions him as a valuable asset in diverse industries, showcasing leadership and expertise that could contribute significantly to organisational success.
Overcoming challenges, Ajay, who is dyslexic, has excelled in athletics, holding the 100-meter state record in Karnataka. His achievements extend beyond the track, as he has played professional-level volleyball and achieved a commendable level of proficiency in cricket.
Sandra Devraj (Co-founder)
A girl next door, brought up in Kerala with a knack for narrating stories through varied visuals & hunger for honing newer skills. Behind the lens, she orchestrates enchanting stories that breathe life into every frame.
Sandra believes that filmmaking is not just about creating content; it's about crafting emotions, and she is here to turn your stories into cinematic magic.
As an MA Filmmaking graduate from University for the Creative Arts, she has worked as a video editor and cinematographer for several short films, advertisements and documentaries.
Her expertise lies in video editing, cinematography, colour grading and, art direction.
Nelson Devasia (Co-founder)
Originally from Kerala, India, he dedicated his early years to science and engineering. However, a pivotal shift towards writing and literature marked a transformative chapter. Progressing through roles as a writer and journalist, he immersed himself in radio within Auroville, exploring sustainable living and regenerative cultures.
In 2018, a newfound passion for creative filmmaking emerged, leading to collaborations on ads, music videos, and short films for different production companies in Bangalore and Kochi. Culminating his Indian career in 2021 as a creative director, he's now an MA Filmmaking graduate based in London, freelancing on ad films, and weaving intricate creative narratives for future production endeavors.
Arjun Menon (Co-founder)
Born in Kerala, India and raised in Kuwait. He spent most of his high school years acting, performing on stage in various mono-acts and theatre plays. In 2015, he moved to Mumbai, the city of dreams to pursue his passion. He gained his initial experience working as an production assistant on several advertisements, short films and events.
With a MA Filmmaking degree from the University for the Creative arts, London, he has worked on several Bollywood films in the UK as production coordinator and assistant director. With an undying love of movies and a strong passion for cinematographic wonders, Arjun aims to bring in the art of storytelling into the world of visuals. From making films to assisting the making of varied formats of content, across platforms, his urge to narrate beautiful stories has only intensified.
